About Us
We are HM Staffing and we’re a Reading-based recruitment agency that currently operates successfully within Office Support, Sales, Procurement, HR, Marketing and Finance. We are now looking to hire an Operations Administrator to help HM be as efficient and organised as possible.
The Role
The Operations Administrator will work strategically with the team to increase the productivity and awareness of HM Staffing throughout the UK. Responsible for operational and administrative activities within the business and supporting the Director in all aspects of business planning, including onboarding, internal recruitment, staff management and finance.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of the recruitment industry and legalisations. Understand HM's current client base, business plan, HR activities and other day to day operations.
Main Duties & Experience
Duties:
- Provide regular reporting on the business’s performance for the Managing Director and board meetings.
- Assisting with website updates and social media announcements.
- Review and send out contracts, terms and conditions and other documentation for signature.
- Manage billing and invoicing queries.
- Ensure the Managing Director is working as effectively and efficiently as possible via dairy management, business planning, use of technology/systems etc.
- Plan the onboarding process for the new starters and a 2-year plan with each team member.
- Manage job board, CRM and other subscriptions.
- Strategize, implement and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
- Bookkeeping
- Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L
- Co own the internal recruitment function, including headhunting and interviews
- Create and manage key events and projects to promote business development.
- Planning and booking lunch clubs, annual parties and incentives.
Experience/Skills:
- Recruitment Agency experience is essential.
- Internal Recruitment experience.
- Strong IT skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to “make things happen”.
This is a part-time or full-time position depending on the right candidate, we can be flexible with hours and the structure of days. The full-time equivalent for this role is £24,000-£32,000
