Job description
Overview:
You will start working with our retail customers and existing clients, then you will be taken through our operating systems and within a short period of time you will be developing your own customer base and building relationships to nurture your long-term earning potential.
Sales experience is preferred (at least 1-2 years). Throughout all stages of your career with us, you will be mentored by experienced sales managers and sales coaches who will train you on all aspects of the sales executive role to build on the experience you will bring to the role.
Every member of the sales executive team is focused on their own individual targets and you effectively run your own ‘mini-business’ with the support of a team around you.
Key components of the role include:
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries from existing or new clients.
- Calling out to new or existing clients to generate opportunities and grow your customer base.
- Working towards specific sales executive targets including sales, margin and direct calls.
- Handling the sales process from start to finish, negotiating with customers and suppliers.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment.
- Previous sales executive experience would be great but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent computer skills.
- Demonstrate an aptitude to learn and a positive mindset.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Highly competent in people skills.
